DREHER Product Range

Known as heavy duty granulators with the “real helical cut” over the entire length, developed by Heinrich Dreher 75 years ago.

DREHER characteristics are: a solid one-block steel rotor with constant cutting gap between rotary and stationary blades, which creates a very high momentum, placed in a heavy-duty housing with oversized bearings, with no chance of material accumulation.

The high strength cutting knives over the whole length are embedded in the rotor block and do not have to be re-adjusted – even after repeated regrinding.

DREHER granulators have the reputation of a “granulator for your lifetime“.

Their core competence are heavy duty granulators from 40 – 6,000 kg/h throughput for any thermoplastic materials and other related applications.

The Heavy Duty SRV Line

These heavy-duty granulators for recycling applications can even handle big lumps from more than 400kg without pre-crushing. The SRV Line can be equipped with an automatic feeding device.

Ready for thick-walled sheets, pipelines, chunks, extruder lumps with a working width of 410mm -1,600mm at throughput rates of 60 – 4,500kg/h.

The KX Line and the DX Line

The heavy duty Allrounder for all kinds of tasks to be granulated in high-performance for the extrusion, thermoforming and blow moulding process.

The KX Line stands for cutting rotors with high rotative moments and oversized bearings at both sides of the rotor. Resistant to fracture and reliable in operation.

The DX Line has the option of a hydraulically opening of the cutting chamber for fast cleaning and material change.

Designed with an enlarged working width of 620mm – 1,900mm and 1,000kg/h – 6,000kg/h throughput.

The KX-N Line – Wet Granulator

Designed as a part of a recycling plant for grinding wet materials with additional water feeds.

Working width 1,000mm – 1,500mm and up to 3,000kg/h material throughput.

The KZ Line – Push Through Granulators

DREHER granulators for big size articles, for example large objects like pipelines and pipes. Also available for SRV Machines, able to feed a bunch of Start-up lumps, load dependent.

Small Granulators the DREHER L- and the Delta-Line

The Delta-Line is again an Allrounder designed for Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding and Film-Extrusion with a working width: 410 – 520 mm and throughput rate: 150 – 450 kg/h (10mm screen).

The L-Line for small applications with working width: 200 – 400mm and a throughput rate of: 50 – 100 kg/h (10mm screen).

Skeletal Waste Granulators

The DREHER STR-Line designed for Thermoforming and Sheet Extrusion.

Working width 800mm, throughput rate 200 – 400kg/h.
