BOY Product Range

The resource-saving use of plastics has always been a high priority at BOY. Combining the most energy efficient ways of physical engineering, servo electrically and hydraulically, with the finest machine components.

The result makes their machines to the most energy efficient, flexible, little work horses in the range of 100kN to 1.250kN clamping force and 7.3g to 309.2g shot weight (PS).

Their modern Procan ALPHA® control, industry standard 4.0, sends you the machine parameter per App to your smartphone, or tablet. Handling systems can be operated seamlessly via programmable I/Os, or the “integrated handling control” option, eliminating the need for a separate controller.

BOY Horizontal injection moulding machines

BOY in conventional design with maximum flexibility, small footprint and a freely accessible two platen clamping system 100kN to 1.250kN.

EconPlast injection unit with optimized heat transfer from heating element to cylinder through reduction of surface area, advanced insulation and improved temperature control. Servo-hydraulic driven with EconFluid, optimised in viscometry properties, gets this hybrid machine to the lowest possible point of energy consumption.
